This 75-minute Yin Yang yoga class is designed to help you find your balance and keep you centered amidst the challenges you may be facing. Annie, Doris and Holly will lead you through a brief meditation, an active and dynamic Yang Yoga practice followed by a restorative and calming Yin Yoga practice. This class is open to people with all experience levels - beginners included!
All proceeds go to Feeding Hong Kong, a local registered charity with a mission to reduce the amount of quality food wasted and fight hunger among the underprivileged in HK. Since the onset of COVID-19 in our city - school closures, job disruptions, health risks and rising food prices have resulted in more vulnerable people going hungry, and food assistance has never been more vital. Over the last six months, Feeding Hong Kong has pivoted their operations to respond to changes in supply chains, worked with their charity partners to gauge and support their most immediate needs, and shifted volunteer activities to keep food moving to where it is needed most. Your donation will support their critical operations to feed people in poverty.
