About the event

This session will include 30 minutes of postnatal strengthening & toning with Kristen and 30 minutes of yoga with Holly. You're welcome to join the class on your own or with baby.

Variations will be provided for mamas with different experience levels, and special instructions will be given for mamas with conditions such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness. Please make sure that you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider before attending the class.

Once registered, you will receive an email detailing what you need to bring to the class.

About Kristen

Kristen has been a certified Personal Trainer in Hong Kong since 2014. She is passionate about helping women to feel stronger and loves working with pre and postnatal mothers (she has collected multiple Pre & Postnatal Certifications). Her approach to fitness is to build a solid foundation considering mobility, form, the core / pelvic floor, and then challenge the body to improve strength and cardio fitness. She works as a 1-1 PT and offers group classes in Discovery Bay, but loves to collaborate on events with the amazing community of coaches and mothers in Hong Kong.

About Holly

Holly is an experienced prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, parent educator, yoga teacher trainer, and mother of two boys. Her mission is to provide education and resources to inspire parents to have a positive pregnancy, childbirth and parenting experience. With her teachings, she hopes to lead mothers on a path of self exploration that yoga provides - so that they discover the amazing strength and knowledge that women innately possess. Since learning from the amazing Spinning Babies community of midwives, Holly's focus has been educating parents about the physiology of birth, and the use of balance, movement and gravity to facilitate birth.
