About the event

This 75-minute session will include 30 minutes of postnatal/mom & baby yoga with Holly and 35 minutes of baby sleep Q&A with Gemma. You're welcome to join the class on your own or with baby.

During the yoga session,  you will get to stretch out your tight muscles, learn to re-condition your core muscles and pelvic floor, and strengthen the body to aid in postpartum recovery. If you choose to bring baby along, you'll also get some valuable bonding time with your little one.

Variations will be provided for mamas with different experience levels, and special instructions will be given for mamas with conditions such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness. Please make sure that you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider before attending the class.

During the Q&A session, you may ask Gemma any questions about baby sleep including self-settling, sleep associations, night time weaning, naps, sleep hygiene and safety - anything that a sleep-deprived parent would want to know!

Once registered, you will receive an email detailing what you need to bring to the class.
